"Hello! With 20+ years in the hospitality industry, my passion for people, networking & events remains strong. Since 2016, my interest in psychology and behavioural science grew and I have earned a diploma of life coaching, a diploma of counselling, and have continued with ongoing research and certifications within the field of relationships, mindset and transformation as I complete my degree and pathway for a masters in counselling and psychotherapy.

 

I'm a firm believer in the power of proximity and the strength of real life socialising to enhance happiness, health, wellbeing, a sense of belonging, alleviate loneliness, and extend lifespan. And, of course, for the very simple reason of getting offline, out of the house and having a great time! I'm looking forward to welcoming you at one of our events in the near future!"
